  2. TimesofIndia.com gets a new design to support global ad-banner sizes, now standard ad banner size of 300×250 pixels is available and 240×400 has been discontinued. The number of tabs in the top navigation bar on the homepage has also been reduced and the website has also included headlines from all of the 29 city supplements of The Times of India newspaper.
  3. TimesofIndia.com, emerged as the world`s No.1 English newspaper website in terms of page views. According to the latest figures from comScore, TimesofIndia.com recorded 159 million page views in May 2009 and was way ahead of the New York Times, Sun, Washington Post, Daily Mail and USA Today websites.
